I'm not really sure on how to do this:
I have a table that has a few fields and these 3:
link1
link2
link3
On these fields I have something like: "http://mysite.somewhere.c
Due to DNS stuff I want to change all http://mysite.somewhere.co
How do I do this with mysql?

It's UPDATE tablename, not UPDATE TABLE tablename. Also you can save yourself a bit of typing by only replacing the portions of the URLs that are different and by using a couple of SQL variables:
SET @BEFORE='mysite.somewhere'
SET @AFTER='www.othersite';
