sqlyog is also nice but onkly runs for 30 days without registration

i'm very comfortable with ms access after 2 year and have decided to move onto my SQL. i was on the offical site and was wondering what version/components do i need to download? i'm only going to be using it initally for basic application - i'm sure you know yourself! i will be using it on my home pc - not a server or anythong complex!
also where can i get good tutorials?

www.mysql.com has the best resources about their product unlike other OEM's
also for home use I like these 2 GUI front ends:
MySQL Control Center at www.mysql.com
DBTools manager at www.dbtools.com.br (alos supports conversion of data from access to mysql.
