Creating my first MYSQL database under EasyPHP

Please, notice that I will post several questions and the first question is my first database under EasyPHP, and then I will post a series of questions as follows:

With a great help from fibo, I was able to install and test EasyPHP software and now I need to perform the following items:

1) Create a simple database with one table
2) Use insert, select, update, delete statements.

Later on I will post these questions:

3) Use PHP to pass data off an HTML document to MYSQL to either select, insert, update, or delete records.
4) The fetched records then will be populated on the internet.

If you click on

And after you just click on the Arabic letter buttons (2 letters at least) the next page will appear which will display what was fetched from the database.

The argument name is argument_01_sent which will have the contents of what the visitor keyed in.

This argument must be captured by PHP and passed on to the next document which must use PHP to receive the argument contents. When I use pure HTML and JavaScrit the contents of the Arabic letters got lost and when I used PHP the contents stayed Arabic.
