Mysql comes with a migration toolkit (very similar to Oracle migration workbench - but half the functionality)

But this tool is available for the 5.0 version - if you are migrating, why not migrate to a newer version that offers better performance and more bugs fixed (bonus: additional features).
Also - when I used this tool with Oracle 9i & 10 - it worked fine, only it could not migrate the oracle stored procedures. Tables / views were all very good.
