drag and drop feature in vb.net 2003

Is it possible to drag and drop a link with this code: System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("d:\mytest.pdf") from 1 form to another form that contains a list box and then save this link to a database that is already connected to the form. So if i wanted to drag this link to another form where a specific client is opened and drop it into the listbox and then SAVE the changed to the database. So, that the link is placed into the access 2003 table itself.

i figured out how to drag and drop text only, but no idea how to drop and drag and store a link within the access database.
