I found a solution. I moved mysql directory to another computer, without installing it, and created a new instacne. I tried to start the mysql but it wont run. There where errors in log file. After correction theese problems (log file size, other server paramteres) in configuration file, server started and I was able to dump the databases.

hi,
if you have all the files from mysql data directory (including innodb logs) - then you can just put them into new mysql installation dir. if you do not have innodb log files - then you should contact mysql support to see if they can help you, but i won't bet on that.
