Error While taking backup of Database using DOS Command.

Hi all,
im having a problem while taking a backup of my database, till yesterday it was working fine but suddenly it is giving me an error.
my backup command is .

C:\mysql\bin>mysqldump -u rapid -prapid --opt kv > d:\dbbackup25oct07.sql

and the error what im getting is :

mysqldump: Got error: 1135: Can't create a new thread (errno 12); if you are not
 out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent
 bug when trying to connect.
