I need some advice on how to eliminate a bunch of characters in a search in order to get the right order.

Below is an example of a query I'm pulling based off of product name. In my query I order by product name. As you can see it's ordering it fine but by the numbers first. Any ideas on how I can eliminate a string of characters in my search so it orders correctly?
