MySql Statement

I have tblinv with this type of data:

InvID-----------------invJobID-----------------------InvTotal
1-----------------------2---------------------------1000.00
2-----------------------2---------------------------2000.00
3----------------------3----------------------------1500.00
4----------------------3----------------------------2000.00

Another tblpay:

payID-----------------payJobID-----------------------InvTotal
1-----------------------2---------------------------500.00
2-----------------------2---------------------------2000.00
3----------------------3----------------------------500.00
4----------------------3----------------------------1500.00

another tbljob with a JobID that is the primary key that is tied to payJobID and invJobID

I want a sql statment that will output it like this

JobID-----------------------InvTotals-----------------PayTotal---------------Balance
2-----------------------------3000.00-----------------2500.00---------------500.00
3-----------------------------3500.00----------------2000.00----------------1500.00
