I am trying to design a website that is easily updateable by someone who has little experience. Not all sections need to be updated just some simple lists and linked, downloadable files. What is the best path for me to follow when building something such as this? I would assume I should be using some kind of database which can be easily accessed by the user. Just a few hints about what area I should be researching would be great.
