Sending a form to e-mail & a MySQL Database?

Alright, I've got my form up and working and it correctly inputs the data into my MySQL database but I'd like to know when to go and check the database. AKA - I want to be sent an email when there is a new addition. The database isn't updated very frequently so if I don't get emails, I'll forget to check it and potentially miss out on an order. I included the address to the form below.
