mysql trigger fix

Hi,

Please see the attachment for the table structure...

What i need is convert every 10000000 cash to 100000000 points, then zero out the cash.I mean convert cash amount to points amount(done by multiply with 10), adding the newly converted points to existiing points, then zeroing out the cash amounts...I wrote the trigger please tell me what's wrong in it.Or give me a new one...I'm using phpmyadmin and i think version of MySQL 3.23.32 or newer...Please also tell me how to run the piece of working code...
