xp_cmdshell to store the file name into a temp table when reading from  a partticular directory

I am using the xp_cmdshell to execute a script to read the file name from a particular directory

If I browse the directory I see the file, but when I execute the following script, It does not insert the file name, it inserts null.

I have logged in as a SA, when executing the script
