Hi Hank,
Before you build this table you need to know how it will be queried. If one of the queries that you will support is "what are all of the .com addresses?" you'll want to split the URL into "words" or "domains" so that the query can be properly indexed. Searching for text within the URL string (or at the end) is inherently inefficient. You'll want to develop a means to improve it.
