thanks, i read that q/a ,but please let me know that before switch to vps ,is it a good idea that i make replication for enhance load balancing so with a slave db beside master i get 70 users connectivity?

What must i do before switch to VPS plan?
Hi;
At this time i use share hosting for my website (php+mysql) ,mysql has limt to max 35 user connectivity ,i would like to know when i must swich to vps ?how can know that it is its time? and what can i do for improve performance of mysql e.g using replication before migrate to vps?
