Please let me know that what is replication with details and when i must use it and how can i understand that it is time suitable that i use it?

In general replication can solve number of different problems including problems with performance, supporting the backup of different databases and for use as part of a larger solution to alleviate system failures.
In your case
- You can setup a replication (not sure how you would do this in shared environment/hosted environment) for load-balancing (like send all data modification to Master and all reporting services to Slave - this way your reporting would be fast because nobody is blocking it from reading etc).
- You can use your Slave as a stand-bye server incase master goes down
- You can use Slave for Backup purpose without impacting on Master server
I'm not sure how the max_connection(35) in your case can help you using replicated environment.
