Why do i have Error when i browse OLAP Cube in analysis services?

Zones: OLAP, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software

Tags: OLAP / DB, OLAP / DB

i'm running OLAP cubes in analysis services via a browser.
when i make proccess / Deploy - i get this Error message.:

Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
(Microsoft Visual Studio)
XML for Analysis parser: The LocaleIdentifier property is not overwritable
and cannot be assigned a value

i do see the cube - its getting updated and built well, but i can see it only via Excel and not via Analysis servises (where i built it...)
