how can i filter Dimmensions in OLAP cube designing?

Hi,
i have time dimmension on table that i have from 2000 untill 2010. i want the Excel user to see only the years 2005-2008 when he open's the view (see attached file for example)
i would like to know how to config/mannage this property design in SSAS when i procces the cube again.
the reason i'm not doing that in view (SQL server) because this dimmension is sharing in other cubes that i have (different cubes show different years...)
