CREATING HIERARCHIES

Hi folks,
I have a database table named DORGAN.This table keeps organizational information of the company. And organizational hierarch is located in a column called "Parent".
I am very new to SSAS and dont know how to create dimensional hierarchy based on this database column.
Please help
