In a general sense, most of the time you do not "connect" directly to a OLAP cube.
OLAP Cubes are basically summaries of some source data (table).
This means that you can connect to the OLAP Cube's "Source", not the OLAP Cube directly.
I imagine it can be done though.
This would depend on what program you created your Cube with, and your supported connection technologies. (Jet, ODBC, OLE, ADO, DAO, ...ect)
I have seen links staing that you can connect t Olap Cubes via "MS OLE DB Provider for OLAP services 8.0"
But I have not actully found the steps.
Also, almost all the data I have seen is for connecting "Excel" to OLAP cubes, not Access.

So my guess is that you could connect Excel to the Olap Cube, then link the Excel sheet to Access.
