a very dificult measures in MDX

How can I make ONE measures in MDX to calculate A. the diferents materials in the last year with o without stock and B.the different materials with stock from one year backward?
the A and B join in one.

explain....
the measures mdx  diferent materials (but from the beginning)  is :
count(distinct([Olap].[material].[material].members))

but i want from last one year. ¿? I dont konow to do.

the measures stock is :
Sum(        
PeriodsToDate([Time].[Year -  Trimester -  Month -  Date].[(All)]  
       ,[Time].[Year -  Trimester -  Month -  Date].currentmember),
[Measures].[qty]
)
and the measures diferents materials from today to begining of time  with stock is :
count(distinct(filter([Olap].[material].[material].members,[Measures].[stock]<>0)))

I want do a measures that calculate the diferents materials from begining of time  to one year ago with stock and from one year ago to today with stock or without stock .

like this more or less :   count(diferent(A+B))

I think is imposible but who knows
