Creating OLAP Cubes in Excel 2007

In the 2003 Excel i was able to create OLAP Cubes. Now in the 2007 version i do not see it working.
How can i create the cubes in 2007 version without the help of analisis and services tool.

The OLAP Cube Wizard has been removed from Excel 2007 based on the limited use of the feature.  PivotTables based on relational data may still be created using the more common methods of directly connecting to the relational data or importing into an Excel sheet.

From Microsoft:  You can open OLD .cub files in 2007 but can't create new ones.
