After I query an Oracle 10g DB and pull my information, is there a query I can then do to put a time/date stamp back to the DB?

My initial query is included.
I'd like to add onto this statement something that will update the Oracle 10g DB with a time/date stamp noting when the initial select ran. I have an empty column in the DB to update to called: PICK_UP_DATEStart Free Trial
