Within the last month trc files in the Oracle bdump directory have been growing like crazy. Each of them bear a size ranging from 3 Mb to 100 MB and everyday they seem to be taking up 800 mb to 1 gb space on the HDD. I believe this began about a month back. The HDD is going to fill up soon and this is very worrisome. How this began, I have no clue. A snipped of the log looks like this:

The end of the log (above) is consistent among all trace files.
The names of these logs are like SID_j000_1112.trc or SID_j001_XXXX.trc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
