Unable to Extend Temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP

Hi
We have Oracle 10.2.0.2,

Whlie Executing a Query (Refer Attachment for Query), to Generate Report , which will get data into
Excel Sheet, we are facing a Error: : Unable to Extend Temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP.

To tack care of this, we increased the Temp Table Space fromj 3.5GB to 5.5GB, yet the Error persisted.
We again increased the Space to 30GB still the Error persised.

The Same Query was runnign perfectly fine for the past 4-5 months, we are facing this problem since
last week.

"WE read some article for this problem on this site, which suggested to Drop the Temp Table Space and Recreat it " Please Refer: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Databases/Oracle/Q_21152037.html

Please Suggest Best Posible Solution to Avoide this problem now and in the Future.
