Hi...

I am getting an error while logging into a user schema from SQL Plus.
'ORA-06509: PL/SQL: ICD vector missing for this package'
It is also preventing me from creating any new materialized views.
I have not checked any other object creation now as I am stuck with the view creation.

The error given when I log in through SQL Plus is attached in the file.

Please let me know what to do to prevent this error ?
