"Query Error[Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-00933:SQLcommand not properly ended

I'm using the following SQL script to connect via ODBC to an Oracle 10g DB. I get an error message stating SQL command not properly ended. Need to grab all records from DB that have the current date, like today. If code needs to be rewritten, I need assistance please.
1:
SELECT* FROM CERTIFICATE_PRINT_OUTPUT (CREATED_ON), DD-MON-YYYY HH:MI:SS);
