Migrating from Oracle 10g XE to Standard Edition

Hi,

Oracle 10g Express Edition, which has a cap on resources, i.e. 1GB RAM and 4GB Disk Space. How can one determine that the resources are reaching the reaching its limit and it is time to upgrade to a higher version (e.g. Standard Edition).

Also, for Migrating from Oracle 10g XE to Standard Edition what are the important thing one should be aware of.
