using sql loader in oracle 10g ???

Hi, I am tryin to load some data into my oracle table using sql loader and I am running into some problem. I have attached the control file and the data file for your ref. When I load the data into the table I just 6 rows of numbers in the table, and my outpur at the sql prompt is as follows;

C:\oracle>sqlldr testd/testtable subscriber.ctl

What am i doing wrong? Thanks for the help.
