how to solve the error?

Hi Experts,
when i am doing expdp of one of the schema i am getting an following error.
ORA-31693: Table data object "TMS_TRANS"."DOC_REV_DATA" failed to load/unload and is being skipped d
ue to error:
ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number  with name "" too small
ORA-22924: snapshot too old
I think the main cause of this error is ORA-22924
because no user is connected to that particular schema
