Poor performance in SAP ECC 6.0 with oracle database

Hello,

We made an upgrade from our development SAP system 4.6C to SAP ECC 6.0. Also we migrated Oracle 9.2.0.7.0 to 10.2.0.2 (32bit). After the upgrade we note some transactions (like select statements "select sequencial) to slow...
We tried to change some parameters in spfile, but always we do that oracle don't start again...
We have tried to solve thos issue with table reorganization without success.
We send in attach the spfile. He have 4Gb RAM with Windows 2003 server enterprise and option /3g in boot.ini
Can you help us to gave a solution for that problem ?
