This is a bug - you can see Metalink notes 429322.1 and 429322.1. The advice is to apply a patch. There are also some workarounds described in these notes, e.g.:
Send the Reports Builder output to Print Preview first:
Go to File Menu -> Print Preview
It will display your report's output in a new window. From there, select the Printer icon, and you should be able to print.
