hey i have oracle 9i on windows xp so i would now like to apply oracle 10.2.04 on this oracle 9i on windows xp. so what are the steps do i need to do and also what is the patern whether i can directly apply 10.2.0.4 patch on 9i or first i need to apply 10.2.0.1 than 10.2.0.4
