How to Install Oracle 11g under Linux SUSE

I was trying to install Oracle 11g on Linus SUSE in dell machine. when i run the installer file ./runInstaller, server through an error : java: xcb_xlib.c:52: xcb_xlib_unlock: Assertion `c->xlib.lock' failed. I checked pre-requirements, using the command  
rpm -q gcc gcc-c++ glibc libaio libaio-devel make openmotif-libs
Result:-
package gcc is not installed
package gcc-c++ is not installed
glibc-2.6.1-18
package libaio is not installed
package libaio-devel is not installed
make-3.81-66
package openmotif-libs is not installed

I downloaded gcc-3.4.3.tar.bz2 file and extract it one directory. when i run ./configure command it again through an exception
checking host system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
checking target system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
checking build system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
checking for a BSD compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
./configure: line 2332: cc: command not found
*** The command 'cc -o conftest -g   conftest.c' failed.
*** You must set the environment variable CC to a working compiler.
