How i can install sysstat-7.0.0 RPM

I want to install sysstat-7.0.0 RPM in order to install Oracle 11g where i can found the right RPM for my distribution

You can get it on disk 3 of the Enterprise Linux 5 distribution

But i don't have this cds i want to install it on a remote server that is already working as RH 5
