How to diagnose network/database problem.

Hello,
I have strange problem.
I have one database server with Oracle 11 which in fact is Virtual machine on MS Virtual Server.

Database is working normally but occasionally users reports that they cannot connect and they loose their already opened connections. I can connect to database from local machine via remote desktop  using sqlplus but I cannot connect to from local machine using EM I even cannot see login form.
This is only on Saturday noon (about 12 - 14 ) and about 2 Saturdays in month.

I have no idea what can cause that.
Please help me to trouble shoot that problem.

PS. Restart of server helps but restarting only database not.
