knel1234,
It's not that simple. There are multiple components and they don't all get certified at the same time. If you are just using Vista clients, then you need the Oracle Client and the ODP for .NET to be certified (ODP 11.1.0.6.2 is certified for 32 bit Vista - all versions, and ODP 11.1.0.6.0 for 64 bit ). If you are planning on using Vista as a server (not something I'd do), then you need the certification for the RDBMS in the configuration you want (RAC, SE, EE, 64bit, etc.). If you plan on using GridControl, then you'll need to ensure that the Apache webserver runs on Vista. Generally, you'll have more luck on this type of information at the Oracle Store.

Good Luck!
P.S. Oracle is NOT yet certified on Windows Server 2008.

Same with the Metalink product/platform certfifaction.
It simply lists "Vista" as certified for 11gR1 and 10gR2
it doesnt' deferentiate between the types of Vista installs.
