Problem: The install has detected that the primary IP address of the system is DHCP-assigned.
Recommendation: Oracle supports installations on systems with DHCP-assigned IP addresses; However, before you can do this, you must configure the Microsoft LoopBack Adapter to be the primary network adapter on the system. See the Installation Guide for more details on installing the software on systems configured with DHCP.

check the IP Address provided by DHCP (you can check it by using ipconfig command) and type it in the hosts file available in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\driver
127.0.0.1 localhost <--- this is the loopback address do not remove it
10.0.0.62 its.oracle.com its <---add an other line, type your ip address and computer name with
domain and then its alias
save this file and start installation again
(i've attached my windows hosts file for your guidance)
If your dhcp assigned address expires (most do eventually) you'll have to update your hosts file.
I suggest you disable your wireless while you are installing Oracle. Then re-enable it after you are done with your install and setup.
I'm running 11g Enterprise on my laptop with wired and wireless, my wireless was disabled at the time of installation. I do not use the loop back adapter, don't even have it installed.
Now that oracle is up and running, when I do switch to wireless, my database still runs just fine.
Please Check the documentation and learn all these things these are very easy
