Dataguard Broker configuration in 11g

Hi

I am getting the below error while trying to configure DATA GUARD  BROKER in oracle 11g

DGMGRL> SHOW CONFIGURATION ;

Configuration
  Name:                omkrishna
  Enabled:             YES
  Protection Mode:     MaxPerformance
  Databases:
    omsai   - Primary database
    krishna - Physical standby database

Fast-Start Failover: DISABLED

Current status for "omkrishna":
Warning: ORA-16607: one or more databases have failed

Please suggest as to how we can get rid of the above problem.I am using SPfile on both Primary and Standby data bases
