Web Page Refresh with frames and iframes

I have two frames in a web page:

Left frame:
Has a selection box with list of values.

Right frame:

Has three frames with some text fields and three buttons to submit the data seperately.

My question is:

I have selected three values in the selection box on the left frame
and entered some data in the right frames.

Now, before submitting I remembered that I forgot to add one more selection and I use
CTRL+click on the selection window.

The data on the right frame is getting refreshed.

Please let me how I should proceed.

I am using PL/SQL packages and Java script to design the web pages.
