Java Servlets programming for Oracle9i

Hi I am new to Oracle 9i. please tell me how to run Java Servlets program in Oracle 9i on Windows XP.I put the simple servlet program "HTTPGetServlet.class" in C:\oracle\ora92\Apache\Jserv\servlets but when I run through HTML code below it asks for authorization three times and then a screen with word "UNAUTHORIZED" appears.
