How do I format the percents in the labels on Discoverer pie graph?

I would like to format the way percents are displayed in the lables on the Discoverer pie graph.  I have included a sample pie chart.  You will see the percents in the labels are not displayed with consistent decimal places.  I would like zero decimal places displayed in the label percents.  How can I accomplish this?
