select to_char(sysdate,'dd-mon-yyyy hh24:mi:ss') from dual;

select to_char(sysdate+1,'dd-mon-yyyy hh24:mi:ss') from dual; -->  as already told +1 will add one day.

select to_char(sysdate-1,'dd-mon-yyyy hh24:mi:ss') from dual; -->  -1 will subtract one day.
