the dynamic link library OCIW32.dll could not be found in specified path

I'm getting the  below error message when attempting to access the application. The database the application is using is Oracle 10G client.

The error message is "the dynamic link library OCIW32.dll could not be found in specified path", then it says "DBMS o73 is not supported in your current installation."  I don't understand.  Can someone help?

This worked fine with Oracle 9i client, and we've recently we've upgraded from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10G Client only. And we're getting this error in Oracle 10G client only.Start Free Trial
