How do you backup Hyperion System 9 and have it supported by Oracle?

Hello,

I have Oracle/Hyperion System 9 with the following components:
Hyperion Financial Management 9.2.1
Business Intelligence Plus  9.2.1
Financial Data Quality Management 9.2.1
Shared Services 9.2.1
 
I have been struggling finding a supported method to backup all of the components and have that method supported by Oracle.  Do any of you know of any supported method or any recommendations?  I have been working with Oracle support but I dont think they even know.
