FRM 40212 invalid value for field LI_UHS_AG(List Item)

Hello Guys!!

I have an issue as shown in the figure below.
I am actually populating a record group in the WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger, as I did earlier for other record groups.
I simply not sure, why I am getting this error.
Can you guys help me out urgently
