SQR Report Update Help....?

Hello,
recently we got a project of Update and Maintain SQR reports and covert some of them to BO reports.
But I am very new to SQR. Is anyone can help me with an introduction on that or some documents or web site i can go though?
Btw,  What is Hyperion SQR Production Reporting - System /Hyperion SQR Production Reporting - System used for?
