hi
i am new to oracle
i ve downloaded the files disk 1, disk 2 , disk 3
and i tried to install oracle standart edition on a computer running win xp pro with 2.4 ghz cpu and 512 mb ram
at the end of the installation when trying to create a database with database configuration assistant window

copying database files
initializing databse
creating and starting oracle instance
completing database creation

first 2 sections goes ok but while doing creating and starting oracle instance it gives an error saying
"CreateProcess:null -new -sid gurdb -startmode m error=2"


what does this mean
