This is my first post I hope this is enough Information.
We are running crittically low on one of our SCSI drives in the server.
Has anyone successfully cloned a hard drive that contains oradata files using software such as Acronis Disk Director 10.0  Server.  Our IT admin is insisting that cloning will not work because oracle would not recongnize the new drive(pointers etc) I have never heard of this issue, but honestly have never attempted this before.   Any help would be appreciatedStart Free Trial
