I am trying to create context sensitive help in Oracle Forms 4.5 which will work similar to Visual Basic 4.0's context sensitive help, is this possible?, can help files be created through oracle or is there another format?

As far as I know, you can provide context sensitive help using the Oracle Book product. The TARGET command line parameter can be used to specify a hypertext target. Oracle Book stores your help files in its own format.
